Even with todays market and long wait times for RD loans David was the only lender to go with he got it done in 30 days!!! Any other lender was taking 60+ he is very knowledgeable, quick responses, and will answer any questions to the best of his ability i would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy let alone he also had the best interests rate around
